What the articles are
The articles on drtoobaei.com are general information about mental health and psychiatric care in Dubai.
How articles are reviewed
Each article says at the top whether a clinician has reviewed it. An article is shown as reviewed by Dr. Sholeh Toobaei only after she has read and approved that specific article, with the date of that review. At present no article has been individually reviewed; every article says so.
Each article shows the date it was published. When an article is reviewed, its date of last change is updated to the date of the review.
What the articles are not
The articles are not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan, and they cannot take account of anyone's personal situation.
Nothing on this site should be used to start, stop or change a medication. Decisions about treatment are made with a doctor who knows your history.
The site does not show advertising, testimonials, ratings or prices.
In an emergency
In an emergency, do not use this website: call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for the police, or go to the nearest emergency department. The practice does not run a monitored urgent line.
