Help
Requesting an appointment
Visit the appointment request page and fill in the form with your name, phone number, and a brief reason for your visit. The clinic will review your request and contact you to arrange a suitable time. Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Signing in to the patient portal
Visit the patient sign-in page and enter your mobile phone number. You will receive a one-time code via WhatsApp (or email if WhatsApp is not available). Enter the code to access your patient portal, where you can view upcoming appointments and communicate with the clinic.
The code is only sent to phone numbers that the clinic has confirmed as yours.
Installing the practice app
The practice website can be installed as an app on your phone or computer — no app store needed. It opens in its own window with no address bar.
Windows (Chrome or Edge)
- Open Chrome or Edge and go to the staff page. Sign in.
- Click the install icon in the address bar (a screen with a down-arrow), then click Install.
- A window opens on its own. Pin it to your taskbar for easy access.
Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and go to the staff page. Sign in.
- Tap the ⋯ menu, then Install app (or Add to home screen).
- The app icon appears on your home screen.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open Safari and go to the staff page.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
An iPhone cannot show notifications from the installed app.
You need to be online to use the app — no patient information is stored on the device.
Emergency numbers
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call the national emergency services first:
This practice does not operate a monitored telephone line for urgent contact. If you need help now, use the emergency numbers above or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
